RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Change of Mind Returns
Our products are formulated and manufactured with care to ensure their integrity. As we cannot resell returned products, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect selections, or unwanted gifts. Please choose carefully before making a purchase.
Cancellation of Orders
We accept order cancellations for store credit only if the order has not been dispatched. To request a cancellation, please email laquewellness@gmail.com.
Once an order has left our warehouse, cancellations will not be accepted.
Incorrect or Faulty Goods
If you receive a faulty product or an item different from what you ordered, you must report within 3 days of receiving your order with an attached photo. Once approved, you may choose a refund, store credit or exchange. Our email is laquewellness@gmail.com.
Approved returns of incorrect products must be made within two weeks of receipt and should be in their original, unopened, and undamaged condition. All returns must include a tracking number for verification.
For domestic returns, please ensure that "Extra Cover" is added to the shipment. For international returns, we require the use of registered post.
To be eligible for a refund, credit or exchange, these guidelines must be followed to ensure the products are returned in good condition and to prevent loss during transit.
A refund, store credit or exchange is given once we receive our returned goods. If you opt for a Store Credit, please note that the credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of the original order.
Return Process:
Re-pack the item carefully to prevent damage in transit.

- Reason for return
3. We will reimburse all return freight costs:
- Australian returns: Use Australia Post with Extra Cover.
- International returns: Use Registered Post.
4. Email us your shipping receipt and tracking number.
5. If you require an urgent re-dispatch, you must pay for the replacement order upfront. Once we receive the returned goods, we will refund or credit the cost of the re-order.
Returned Uncollected Orders
We do not provide refunds for returned uncollected orders.
We are not responsible for items left uncollected within the timeframe specified by our carriers.
If a parcel is returned due to non-collection or an incorrect address, you will be charged for re-shipping plus an additional 20% of the total order cost to cover checking, repacking, and return postage fees.
If you choose not to have the product re-sent:
- 20% of your order value will be deducted for return processing.
- The remaining 80% will be issued as store credit, valid for one year from the original invoice date.
