TERMS OF PURCHASE

Ordering guidelines

  • We do not offer product samples.
  • Except for our teas, our products are not intended for consumption. Our BreatheWell & BreatheSteady formulae are designed for use with a humidifier, while our other blends are for topical application. Before ordering, please review the ‘Indications’, ‘Ingredients’, and ‘Directions’ to ensure the product is suitable for your needs.
  • All orders must be placed through our website. To prevent miscommunication, we do not accept verbal or phone orders.

Payment methods

  • We accept payments via credit card (Visa or Mastercard).
  • Unpaid orders will be cancelled.

Pricing & Taxes

  • All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and exclude GST and postage.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice but will be honoured at the time of purchase if paid in full.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, volume, and destination.
  • Products returned due to non-collection or incorrect address will incur a 20% restocking and returned postage fee. Returned products are not resold.

Shipping

All parcels include a tracking number. Due to the value and nature of our products, deliveries require a signature upon receipt.

For international orders, please check your country’s prohibited items list before ordering. We are not responsible for goods held, delayed, or confiscated by customs. Any additional local clearance fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Within Australia: 7-10 business days
  • International: Up to 31 days.

Store Credits

  • Store credit must be used within 12 months of the initial tax invoice date.

  • Before use, customers are required to review the product’s ‘Indications’, ‘Ingredients’ and ‘Directions’ to avoid incorrect use. It is the user’s responsibility to determine the suitability of a product for their needs. La Que Pty Ltd is not liable for any adverse effects, injuries, or damages resulting from misuse or failure to follow instructions.
  • Children under 18 must be supervised while using our products. We are not responsible for any misuse or potential side effects that may arise unsupervised.
  • Our formulas contain concentrated essential oils, which, if used or stored improperly, may cause skin irritation, burns, or damage to furniture. La Que Pty Ltd is not responsible for any such damages.
  • For products requiring a humidifier, ensure your device is compatible with essential oils to avoid potential damage. La Que Pty Ltd is not responsible for any equipment malfunctions resulting from use.
