BreatheSteady is a blend designed to gently clear and promote a sense of easy breathing. It is a blend of Peppermint, Pepper, Ajowan, Lemon, Frankincense and apricot kernel oils.

• QUANTITY: 15 mL / 0.51 fl. oz. (Lasts 8-10 weeks with regular use of 3-5 drops daily).
• USES: Use as part of your daily routine to support a sense of clear, easy breathing.
• INGREDIENTS: Oils of Peppermint (Mentha piperita), Pepper (Piper nigrum), Ajowan (Trachyspermum ammi), Lemon (Citrus limon), Frankincense (Boswellia Carterii) and Apricot Kernel (Prunus armeniaca).
• DIRECTIONS: Shake well before use. Add 3-5 drops to 100 mL of distilled water in a diffuser. Operate in a small closed room for a minimum of 4 hours daily.
• PRECAUTIONS: For use with diffuser only. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. If concerns arise, consult a healthcare professional. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place below 30°C.
